KClamping rings can be used to secure components on solid shafts as well as to transmit torque on hollow shafts.
Clamping rings are mainly used for securing in applications in which the shaft-hub connection is not made using clamping sets, but using feather keys or similar components.
We are now supplying one-piece and two-piece clamping rings made of burnished steel and stainless steel. On request, the clamping rings can be fitted with keyways, provided with individual bores and are also available in different ratios of outside to inside diameter.
The clamping rings can be used to secure components on solid shafts as well as to transmit torque on hollow shafts. Another area of application is backlash-free servo gears.
